LighterLife’s highly effective programmes combine an easy-to-use eating plan using nutritionally balanced soups, shakes and bars with support, work and discussion in small friendly groups, to help you lose weight quickly and safely, and maintain that weight loss.
If your BMI is 30 or above (that’s around three stone or more overweight), you can join LighterLife Total, where you have four nutritionally complete soups, shakes and bars to eat each day, instead of conventional food.
If your BMI is 25-29.9 (typically one to three stone overweight), you can start LighterLife Lite – combining a low-calorie meal with three nutritionally balanced soups, shakes and bars each day.
Weekly, single-sex group meetings are the other key feature of LighterLife. Run by local LighterLife Counsellor Selina Sareen, they’re designed to help you explore some of the reasons you put on weight – because there’s usually a bit more to it than simply ‘eating too much’.
