Chiropractic Care is commonly used to treat back and neck pain as well as headaches. This uses ‘spinal manipulation’.  The adjustments used are specific, short and fast into the affected joint and can be used for babies, young children, pregnant women, as well as adults and the elderly.

Sports & Remedial Massage
Deep tissue massage can be applied to any part of the body which is used in response to muscular aches, tightness and sports injuries.  It can also be used for those with back and neck complaints.
Treatment includes: Stretching and mobilisation techniques.
