MEDITATION
During weekly sessions there will be the opportunity to learn and experience methods of meditation which can be used in our everyday lives to create a deep relaxation leading to an inner calm. Within our demanding lifestyles, these can reduce stress, improve energy levels and create a positive outlook. These simple techniques are suitable for all ages from beginners to the experienced practitioner.
The class is run by Barbara Sharma who has 25 years experience in practicing alternative therapies, yoga and meditation. She studied in India, and has continued her spiritual learning from various sources.
She works as a qualified cranio-sacral therapist in Ruislip and St Albans.
