We have Pilates Classes for all abilities, ages and levels here at The Windmill Studio Centre.
Pilates is a series of non-impact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness. It focuses on a breathing pattern to enhance the exercises and can help to restore your body’s alignment with specific exercises. Pilates targets the balanced development of deep and superficial muscles that stabilise, align and move the trunk of the body especially the abdominals and muscles of the back. It can be done by anyone – any age or any fitness level, male or female.
With a creche available for our daytime class to give mums the chance to have an hour of 'me' time once a week. Please bring your own mat. |
